Conservation of Old Houses

We help to conserve the historically significant parts of the city core that would preserve the colour and character of the city.

• Provides quality restoration of buildings to preserve the façade and the external shell of the building; it aims to retain the original ambience of historic buildings.
• Provide guidelines for building owners to restore their properties for adaptive reuse. This allows our heritage buildings to be retained while continuing to serve Singapore’s existing needs.
