For purchases of normal size tiles above S$1000.00, delivery is free. We charge S$100 per delivery if the order is less than S$1000.00.
Delivery date will be provided per order based on an agreeable timeline.
Examine the goods carefully. Goods damaged after delivery are not refundable nor returnable.
For defective tiles, we would exchange based on supplier’s discretion.
Please notify us of any discrepancy immediately.
We deliver throughout Singapore except restricted areas such as airports, Sentosa Island, Military Camps/Areas, Protected Areas, Changi Airfreight Center, Jurong Port, PSA Terminal/Wharves, Jurong Island and other offshore islands. Order may be cancelled if the delivery address is to these restricted places.
Self-collection at our warehouse and international delivery are currently not available.
We seek your understanding that delivery times may take longer during festive periods.
Goods are handmade or natural products therefore offering no absolute uniformity.
